pre-release property investments

Even earlier in the cycle you can buy into discounted pre-release property investments. Here the best discounted prices are offered to early investors, so that the developer can get the sales moving at his project prior to the official launch and to the building licence or full legal documentation being in place. Often detailed information is scarce at this stage. Brochures and artist impressions will not be available, so depending on what information you are provided with this can be a leap of faith.

Critical here is that investors pay deposits for pre-release investments to reputable lawyers who will hold the deposits until building permits are granted before releasing monies to developers, or ensure funds are paid into locked escrow accounts. Buying pre-release often means buying under the market price and as is always the way, the early bird gets the worm.

If you are one such early bird and want to be first in line for pre-release investments, please contact us and we will make you aware of new projects on the horizon.
