For buy to let property investments, it has been proven that certain types of property in certain locations rent out particularly well for very specific reasons.

A long term property rental strategy offers consistency of income throughout the year, whereas a short term strategy, which will enable you to have use of your property and also enjoy you investment when it is not rented out.
