For buy to let property investments, it has been proven that certain types of property in certain locations rent out particularly well for very specific reasons.

A long term property rental strategy offers consistency of income throughout the year, whereas a short term strategy, which will enable you to have use of your property and also enjoy you investment when it is not rented out. Some developers offer guaranteed rental schemes with a fixed return for a fixed number of years and some allow personal usage of the property for a limited period. However, there are some genuine rental guarantee schemes available, where developers have sort after product and contracts with tour operators in place, who will package the development in their holiday brochures.
